Therapeutic Massage
with Kate or Laila
With a strong basis in Swedish massage and neuromuscular therapy, Kate’s therapeutic massage treatment is both relaxing as well as solution-oriented. Each treatment is designed to meet you where you are, so every session is unique.
Depending on your needs, treatments might include myofascial techniques, deep compressions, gentle massage, soft holds, rocking, Eastern therapies such as cupping and scraping, and/or focused trigger point therapy.

Laila’s style is a blend of Swedish and Shiatsu. She likes to use gentle rocking techniques to help calm the nervous system before moving onto deeper, focused work.
Laila is also a big self-care advocate, and is happy to give you customized therapeutic exercise recommendations to support your health and wellbeing.
Thai Bodywork with Kate
Trained in Traditional Thai Bodywork both in the U.S. and in Thailand, Kate applies her knowledge of Thai Medical Theory to assess your needs and approach each session as unique, for wherever you are today.
Treatments are offered on a soft floor mat and clients wear loose, comfortable clothing (yoga pants are okay), that allows for full range of motion and access to skin when application of balms, linaments, cupping or scraping techniques may be indicated.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination, or by choosing a specific service.
The purchasing website, linked below, has a large selection of backgrounds to choose from, and you can add your own custom message.
You can choose to email the certificate directly to the recipient, or print it on a nice piece of paper and deliver a hard copy in person, or by mail! The recipient will not receive the gift certificate by email unless you select that option, and you can choose to not enter their email at all.

60 minute sessions are suggested for focused work on one or two areas, or a general full body massage while longer treatments allow for focused therapy as well as overall relaxation
Session times include brief intake and discussion of treatment goals and post-treatment plans

Packages of four (4) treatments are available at a discount of $10 per session and may be a combination of Thai or Integrative sessions
Masks are optional in the building common areas as well as during treatment. Your provider is happy to wear a mask during your session.
